When will I get my order?
- Made to order items: All jewelry is made to order by myself and shipped 7-10 business days after your order is placed. I am a one woman show and a Grandmother, I make everything from the ear wires to the jump rings to stamping the metals and down the wrapping every package and every box! Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. I do try my best to get orders out within 4-5 days though! I got you, I promise!
- LIMITED EDITION PIECES: These pieces can be very sought after during collection releases and if the item was to be returned, I would already be working on a new collection, so it just doesn't work out. I do not offer refunds on gift cards & Limited Edition pieces. Im sorry for the inconvenience

Shipping time?
- SHIPPING: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.
- I offer: within the US in 5-10 business days. Priority: delivered within 2-4 business days. (It’s usually 2-3 days)
- -Sometimes USPS pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up! Also re-check with Post Office
